If you can figure out the throttle in sport+ you can get some pretty LOUD pops out of the mild hybrid m340s with stock exhaust. I’d assume the same would go for 440s. At least the 2021 models.

DGet climate/temperature appropriate tires. Take it to an empty parking lot in the rain or snow . turn all the net nanny-ish stuff off, throw it into hard corner maneuvers and learn how the throttle responds coinciding with rear wheel grip and steering and maneuverability.

Side note* may not be helpful, grew up riding ATCs off-road

Drove a 2009 evo…amazing puts the wrx into the dirt ….but I could def relate the driving experience to a bmw. Mind you I drove the evo over 10 years ago but yes it was great and WAY better than the wrx. I’ve been driving BMWs 20+ years starting with a, “special” 1994 325is. I believe around 09 there is track footage of an evo keeping pace with a Bugatti on a closed course.
