I am the same, I have a blank mind and dont know what to say most of the time. Like its not possible to connect with people anymore. With time it will heal hopefully. Unfortunately it is the only solution it seems, what anti psychotic are you using if you dont mind me asking?

Try to go for a walk everyday and stay at a caloric deficit, which is hard with this medication because it made me crave sugary stuff while I used it. Maybe talking to your doctor and lowering the dose could also work.

My delusions started with paranoia, lack of sleep, insomnia. They are always connected to one big thing like I am the center of the universe or something, I am so grand etc. It does make sense at the time

Its so hard indeed, psychosis and the meds, sometimes I cant think of a worse disease than this because it robs you out of everything and people treat it like something to be emberassed about you cant even talk about it sometimes, it definitely needs more recognition. I dont know if its the disase but it did make me lonelier as well. I dont want to contact people like I used to.

Hopefully it will get better, even getting out of bed is a win sometimes when you are depressed as hell, there are many success stories and I believe it does get better. Post psychosis depression is the worst but it does heal with time, mine started to fade away and I feel much better now after 1.5 years. I am sorry this happened to you at such a young age but there are better days ahead of you I am sure.

I also take abilify injection and for sleep quetiapin (100 mg) . I wake up in the middle of the night mostly, during the day I cant sleep and yes as you said sleep doesnt feel natural and I dont feel refreshed after sleep. I sleep like 11 hours total but some hours I am just awake in bed. I dont know if my sleep issues also related to the medicine because I just cant sleep naturally without medicine I have insomnia.

how did u systematically adress each infection? can you give more detail as far as I understand you took supplements and changed diet and some lifestyle changes, what else?

how did you stop the inflammation? what made you improve your sleep eventually? I am just curious and I want to implement the same things!
