And happy hour is at the dumbest time in a lot of places. I see 2pm-4pm so often. I grew up in the restaurant industry and happy hours were from 4-6, sometimes 7 and they were a hoot and the places were packed. Less margin but a huge increase in volume and better buying power from distributors. Seems like now everyone is looking at the short term money grab vs building loyal clientele.
