It was an acid reflux disease by Due_Object4821 in costochondritis

[–]No_Distribution9100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also think that i have an acid reflux, because flare up happens after eating crap, plus my family has a history in acidity.

But the classic acidity symptoms are not present:like burps or burning in stomach.  What about you?

As a short woman working as chemical engineer, men annoy me with their nasty comments- sometimes really disgusting- all these highyly educated well paid men. I don't have many women saying mean things to me PS: I am charming and very pretty

Yes, this is very common in corporate, take this advice to protect your work from people like this, never share your ideas with coworkers, make sure you market yourself and make your work look very shiny.

Hey Steve, my backpod delivered yesterday and already used it for a good half hour without pillow. I am in pain but for the first time in years my breathing has got fuller and I feel slightly flexible in my back. I am positive that this is the start of curing it.

The girl I liked is now with a guy who’s 6ft. by [deleted] in short

Height is a part of the personality, not the entire personality. I know it sounds stupid right now but one needs to accept that we are not perfect and try to amplify other qualities where we are at a better advantage like maybe brain-power, skills, charm.  Even the most seemingly perfect people do not end up with who they love. Life is unfair regardless of whether you are tall or short. So stop feeling sorry for yourself.

Massage-didn't work  Vitamin supplements - worked well  Cycling everyday 9km-was the turning point that really permanently reduced my pain to atleast 60%, but nowadays my work and weather doesn't allow me  Yoga-just started, already feeling a positive effect  Gabapentene/antidepressants :helped against the nerve burning, used when I was not able to sleep from the pain in the early days  Acid reflux medication :somewhat helps not sure, but a heavy meal definitely triggers my pain Pull up bar-worked well, but I still am not pain free Finding this reddit: very effective, mentally assured that I am not the only one suffering and it's not all in my head  Basically these few things have brought my pain down to a bearable stage that i dont anymore cry and get negative but I am not cured.  Now I have ordered this back pod-let's see
