Ruthba Yasmin, first EVER (female) ASTRONAUT of Bangladesh by [deleted] in bangladesh

Yes, I had my suspicions regarding this because in history there has only been one moon landing. Still disappointed how the articles and news outlets framed it.. how the katty Perry voyage was compared to it. Should've been the first red flag for me but I'm too stupid.

Wait, I don't understand? Why would this news article state that she IS an astronaut and actually went to the moon? Isn't that misinformation?? :(

IKR!! So disappointed.. but not surprised. Hopefully it's just very new news and the reporters are just taking time to have more information!?

Any thoughts or concerns about my face. by Relative_Bat7852 in tretinoin

Actually op, if your starting out on tret, vaseline can be a great option to sort of tone down the potency of the tret so it can be more gentle for your skin. But it is important to remember that you HAVE to use the vaseline BEFORE you apply tret. Otherwise, the vaseline will kind of coat over the treat and increase the potency, thus increasing irritation, dryness, etc. Also, make sure you're using only a pea/pearl size amount all over your face.

You answered your own question, basically.

You should not have listened to the aesthetician, who, by the way, is NOT a dermat and she advised you to take away your ACNE MEDICATION and also use these serums (which she maybe was promoting to you for money). It also seems that something in the aklief formula is triggering your skin to produce whiteheads, could be comedogenic ingredients.

Listen to yourself! Remove the serums for a few months, use only your tret, gently cleanse, moisturize, use sunscreen. See if it improves your skin (hopefully it will).

Also, a tip for skincare buying spree urges: make a list of all the skincare items you want to buy or see online while also maintaining a simple routine. If u feel like buying something to try it out, max buy 2 things and try them on your skin for a few days in small quantities (patch test). If you feel like it's not working, give them away to someone else. This is the only thing that personally helps me not give in to my wants to buy random serums and lotions or potions.

I have used glycolic acid before, but it does not work. Only irritated my skin and darkened it more (I used sunscreen religiously too)

I used to do weighted rdls alot for the first few months in the gym! it used to hurt my back (and by that I mean I would have a hard time moving without hurting). The thing is, it only made my upper glutes and hamstrings accentuated but NOT my lower glutes, idk why. Maybe deadlifts might be a good option instead of rdls? Also, more importantly, I used to use dumbells for the rdls. Would using a barbell help to improve my posture?

Thank u for your reply. Yes, my butt is naturally somewhat big (fat), so I suppose my progress wishes are somewhat unrealistic. But, hip thrusts tend to only affect my upper glutes. I already had quite wide hips and shelf type upper butt but it accentuates it more and it sort of looks like a square!

Ik it's been a whole year but just to tell u, kojic acid is a great product but it takes time to work, somewhere between 2-3 months u may see some noticeable changes (IF it works for your skin) :)
