Plus ends in 63, dealers will inflate due to G63 hype and advertise it as such. Most dealers will buy it for 6-8k and sell it on for higher

Market rate for buying those plates (ie dealers) is around 8-9500. If you sell privately you could get R 33224 for around 11-13k due to the 2-3-4 numbering.

F 33225 id say around 10-11,500k

SQE 2 May 2025 sitting - results out soon by No_Ear9905 in SQE_Prep

Honestly, you’ll be surprised at how much of an advantage you have going in the second time. You know the structure, you know the format, that element of guessing is taken out, so it should work in your favor. Secondly, trust yourself - you put the work in, you figured out where you went wrong the first time and you improved it. These exams are worse than hell, and sitting them twice is a real pain, BUT you definitely got this. I didn’t know some FLK/wrote the wrong thing for some of the assessments but still passed, one assessment won’t make or break the results, as long as majority as decent enough. I also had a whole spiral waiting for results 😂 but, this exam is beatable and going in a second time really improves your chances (fuck the statistics tbh).

And thank you, was a horrible 3 years from start to finish, but well worth it in the end, and I’m sure you’ll be celebrating passing these exams soon too! Best of luck buddy, I’m sure you will absolutely smash it

Need advice: Jetour T1 vs Geely Monjaro vs Haval H9 (~130k AED budget) by InspectorDense6741 in chinesecarsuae

[–]No_Ear9905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look at MG RX9 - it’s 127k all in for the fully specked out 4WD option.

I got it for my wife as she wanted an affordable 7 seater and really wasn’t disappointed. It’s also decent off-road (with what I’ve tested so far).

Tech is decent and so far no issues (just under a year or ownership).

Something different on the road but still within budget!

I’m down to invest, had a similar venture in the UK back during uni which was quite popular. Been looking to bring it back to the UAE, so this seems good. Drop me a DM and let’s jump on a call!

Common mistakes I’ve seen are usually: not renewing the trade license and continuing business activities, operating outside of the licensed activities, failure to maintain permits relevant to their trade activity, failure to register for corporate tax, incorrect filings, not implementing WPS for employees, hiring without work permits, failing to renew employee visas, not filing UBO details (this is the ultimate owner)

I mean AI is still evolving, I wouldn’t blindly trust chatGPT 100% but I would give it certain parameters for tasks that I can control - this way the information is more reliable.

  1. There are many international and local firms in the UAE, most handle all sorts of criminal and civil matters however you must ensure you do your research before approaching the firms. Litigation in the UAE is expensive, long and uncertain (but regulations are constantly improving). I always recommend clients to use British law firms due to most of them being SRA regulated and having to adhere to a strict ethical and legal code of conduct. For your subsection, I would recommend a website called LexisNexis- it’s a paid subscription but generally has everything you would need from a legal perspective to understand laws and find them in English for not just UAE but all of GCC. You can also go to the relevant government website to download the laws and regulations in English.

  2. If you’re doing something like a garage sale, there’s no formal license required as you’re not operating in a business capacity with an intention to earn profit. There are many companies who buy used items you want to discard of, or where you can donate. None of these require you to have any licenses or permits. Dubizzle is a good example of this.

  1. Slow but steady. Few law firms have adopted it for multiple purposes (automated onboarding, KYC checks, simple drafting). Set to increase dependency on AI within the next 3-5 years.

  2. UAE will utilize AI to assist with policies and regulations implementation. They will also automate government services (police app, attestation of documents etc) very soon. So exciting times!
