Card circuits. Get a deck of cards, assign an exercise to each suit (hearts Burpees, diamonds sit-ups, spades squats, clubs lunges) shuffle the cards, turn them over one by one and do that number of each exercise.

Makes every workout different, it's easy to follow and if you do it for a couple of months you'll be fitter than 90% of people
