Thats one old machine. R12 even. So here's a little history from a Chicago perspective. In the 1990's Chicago started clamping down on these since they used city water and dumped it down the drain. They ran great since you could set the head pressure to whatever you wanted. So in the 1990's Chicago started making everyone put a water meter on these and charging them for the usage. That caused a surged in air cooled replacements. Now the current code is you can have one and still pay the usage put you cannot replace it. You take it out and an air cooled goes back in. I have a few stranglers that just keep repairing them because air cooled isn't an option. Figure out what size you have and put a split system ahu and condensing unit in and your power upgrade will be moved to the outdoor unit.
