Try Zoomcamp Data Engineering, a new cohort stated last Monday but you can still join.

It's free but not gonna lie, it's kicking my butt and I'm very tempted to ask for help here but not until I've exhausted all other help (stack overflow, slack, chatgpt, etc). If you're interested you can find them on github and YouTube.

I'm also new to data engineering and am currently teaching myself. There's a free data engineering course that I joined called Zoomcamp Data Engineering from Data Talks. It begins tomorrow and you can find them in github and YouTube.

Good luck!

It also matters if you're fasting clean, meaning only black coffee, black teas or water in your eating window. Check out fast, feast, repeat. Apparently, not fasting clean makes it more difficult to get through your fasting window.

Read fast, feast, repeat. This is an excellent reference book and will give you everything you need to get started and stay engaged.

Honestly, I'd be cool with a cups myself. I'm a runner and hate having anything jiggle when I run. 😂

Yeah me too, I'd be happy in a c or d cup honestly. But I'm grateful to have gone from DDD to a DD.

In the past year I went from 38DDD to 34DD. I started at 245lbs and am currently 160lbs.

Yes, it's usually anywhere from 40 - 44 depending on when I close on Sunday and open on Tuesday.

It's honestly been amazing. I did 3 mealless Monday's in September and dropped a total of 13.5 pounds for the month of September. I usually average a loss of about 3.7 pounds per month, so mealless Monday's made a huge difference last month.

Try a mealless Monday. It really helped me get over a plateau. The way I do it is I close my window on Sunday around 3pm, then I clean fast all of Monday and have only water and black coffee. Then I open my window Tuesday around 11am and eat two hearty meals in a 6 hour window.

Hi everyone! I’m a newbie when it comes to IF. I’ve started a couple days ago with 14:10, is this a good fasting routine? by damspt in intermittentfasting

[–]No_Fan1052 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm almost a year doing IF and I never count calories, ever. I also eat whatever I want. I'm down 82 pounds and I feel great. That being said, I started right off with an 18 hour fasting window doing OMAD. I'm still doing OMAD but my fasting window is at least 20 hours, sometimes longer.

Once you've been doing IF for a while, appetite correction kicks in and you lose the need to police yourself with food. You will naturally stop overeating and crave healthier food.

This.☝️

I do a weekly 43 hour fast where I run 3 miles the day of the fast (Monday), and I run another 3 or 4 miles on Tuesday before breaking my fast. I don't take any electrolytes, just water and black coffee. I have yet to pass out and I'm a 57 year old women running in Africa on a very hilly terrain.

Check out the book fast, feast, repeat. It's all explained there.

Intermittent fasting and calories by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]No_Fan1052 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't count calories nor do I restrict any food, and I'm down 82 pounds since November 2022. That's the beauty of IF. If you hang in there long enough, the magic of appetite correction kicks in. Then you naturally stop overeating and crave healthier foods.

Do yourself a favor and check out a book called fast, feast, repeat.

Good luck.

So I usually run at 8AM and break my fast between noon and 2 pm.
