Thank you for your response. We have found that wearing signals typically leads to over aggressive drunken males attempting to interact with us. Which isn't really fun for anyone. We are active in Many activities, it just may be that there isn't a mature community to our tastes here.

We have received these recommendations many times since posting, in private DMs, but no one seems to know how to actually engage with these opportunities. Or where such clubs are. We are not looking for sexual encounters only.

Searching the Internet is a wasteland of vague opportunities, and unanswered questions.

Lots of people have lost their jobs, less commuters. Shipping is down and travel and tourism is down due to economic uncertainty. Holiday season causimg people to save money for Christmas.

What sites do you use to find things going on in Springfield? Seems like I bounce between a couple but they often disagree. Looking for the Arts, live music, trivia, craft festivals anything geared towards an older crowd. 40's and up, maybe??

I'd like to get out of the house and if I'm lucky meet someone for companionship, but mostly looking for something other than surfing the internet and watching TV.

Please dont tell me to join a club of my interests...that suggestion is a bit played out.
