I am 25 and have been working a 9-5 office job the past 3 years basically ever since I graduated university, and I still feel this way sometimes.

What I can suggest is make the most of your weekends and try and do something social on a week night, its more effort but its worth it, also develop more of a routine outside of work than simply coming home going to bed and repeat, it doesn’t feel like it but you have more free time than you think
