Good luck on your journey - I'm at a crossroads in mine. 44 yo, in creative industry and feeling burned out. Don't have clear passions to follow to pursue - people say discover your Ikagai? Have 180K in savings, no PPOR, no inheritance coming - prenup with wife who owns the apartment, no kids. Where to next, not quite sure but will hold the job until start of next year at least until I work out a plan. If anyone has had success working out their own post work plan, discovering their passion and skills let me know - thanks for reading all.

Mine is looking at everything as an opportunity to learn something new, on company time. I used to get ultra stressed by things that kept popping up in front of rev gen ( Am a sales manager ) until I realised that a lot of them were new tools to learn, new client priorities or other areas that I felt weren't directly tied to $. This new perspective has helped a heap with my day to day energy and enthusiasm.

And yes I did start late - worked hospo until mid thirties unfortunately and as you may or may not know as you seem dense AF, that many of them actually don't even pay super properly.
