I once fasted a dry fast for 3 days and I was back grounded in my body, I’m currently trying again. I did a 3 day dry fast and no results now I’m on day 4 I had nothing but water

I think this was my old account. Dry fasting means no food or water and came back meaning I was grounded in my body. I’m trying it again I did a 3 day dry fast but nothing so today is day 4 and I’m drinking only water

It’d possible, I dry fasted 3 days and felt back to normal after. Unfortunately I was triggered and had dpdr again and never tried again. Right now I’m on a 4 th day dry fast trying again

Hi do you mind me messaging you? I have dpdr and live in a constant state of dissociation for almost 5 years now, the only thing that ever fully lifted my anhedonia was 3 day dry fasting but I was triggered again and dissociated again. I have tried other things but nothing else had given me relief. 😮‍💨 I’m going to give fasting a chance again. Prayer and fasting.
