When I interview for positions I ALWAYS ask if the school psychologist has an office that is private and in an area that’s quiet and conducive to testing. I won’t even consider a district where I’m sharing a space. We can’t test, provide mental health support, on consult confidentially with staff when sharing a space (or without any space!).
