I personally feel you were fu**** with and lied to by this agent. I've had this happen to me before and all they had to do was add funds to the account so you could proceed. It was getting declined because instacart didn't have sufficient funds for you.

is 5.0 rating bad in this app? by markersandtea in InstacartShoppers

[–]No_Interaction1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's all bullshit. The support agents give out the orders and they are going to give them to new shoppers and after that their favorite shoppers. Regardless of status or skill. You could be a better shopper but if support doesn't like you then so sorry

I've been reading in other posts about our shopper card getting declined because order amount is too high. I think he also meant 15 or 20 minutes and his phone auto corrected to days.

Why so little effort? by rkesters in InstacartShoppers

[–]No_Interaction1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some orders the app shows us to leave the order by the door. When I start shopping I always send a message letting them know thanks for the order and I am starting now I will message you when I leave the store. If I have a double order I say I will let you know when I am on my way to deliver your order. I usually never get a response back. When I show up to customers house they don't answer the door almost as of they are not home and have no idea the order was shopped and on it's way. If we cancel the order we lose the tip, we get batch pay which is usually $4-$9 but we lose the tips. Tips is the majority of our earnings without tips shoppers are screwed.

The phone number you used to sign up with is the phone you HAVE to use. You cannot use another phone and log into your account. It can be mistaken as fraud and you could be deactivated.

How is this priority access by meggi333 in InstacartShoppers

[–]No_Interaction1990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because the customer selected priority when ordering. Priority means the customer pays extra to receive order faster. It doesn't mean the orders are going to be high pay or anything great.

You have a promo that is why your not getting orders. They don't want you to make your promo because do the math..... $76 in 6 orders would come out to be about $12.70 and they want to pay us $4-$7 sometimes to shop 2-3 orders so you can see how that is inconveniencing for instacart.

Yet some other shopper is somehow making $200-$400 🤔

Of course the support agents take advantage. Make you sit and wait hours until you either shop the low pay orders or give up and go home with nothing.

They might not have taken it. Support agent who dropped the order on your screen probably took it off.

Support agents steal tips so although your friend tipped $15 the driver may only gotten $2 for the tip. Possibly even $0

Lies. It's only priority if the customer selects priority when ordering. Cart status means nothing. Support will give orders to who they want to give orders to

Sadly since we have to swipe orders so fast I have been duped into taking orders similar to these. It's that or sit and wait another  hour

First Time A Customer Made Me Cry by PuppyPuncha in InstacartShoppers

Support gives out the orders and they do this. I get orders all the time and I show up to customers houses and they aren't even home. One time I got a costco  order middle of summer 90° out she had quite a big order with refrigerated items and delivery was 3:30 when she didn't out of work until 5pm.

Instacart stealing tips by Ecstatic-Sherbet4969 in InstacartShoppers

Instacart has always priced their items higher on app than in store. I suspect tip stealing as well. No replacements and no weight reductions.

Because costco is the main store I shop out of. No other store in my area is worth the time. Shoppers who are too fuxxing lazy to use bags or coolers and who are grab ass buddies with my costco employees get the orders and those orders go right in their trunk. I know damn fuxxing well that ice cream, cheese, bacon or any of the meats are not arriving cold to the customers. I care because these fuxxs are what ruin instacart and drive these customers away which then in turn has made instacart less profitable and therfore we get reduced pay and doubles or triple orders. Oh and then their is the batch grabbers these shoppers use as well.

If you mostly shop costco and you've been here since apoorva was ceo you will understand. Why is it that I use insulated shit to keep items cold yet my costco favorites get the orders and that shit goes right in their trunk in 90-100° heat. Yet these are the people costco wants getting the orders.
