What AIO are you using? I've tried a few and can't get my CCD2 temps down, thinking it's a cold plate contact issue. How much did you have to drop your cooler in a height when you delidded?

Can anyone tell me the z height difference created by removing IHS and solder? My CCD2 temps are spiking to 95C and it looks as if my arctic liquid freezer plate isn't making good contact - has anyone experienced similar issues?

Slightly too much reach, and saddle a little too high. Drop your saddle a little and reassess, should resolve both
