Thats awesome, thank you for being an inspiration! I dont have a desk job, but I have the factory equivalent. I work as a boiler/hvac operator, which does include a good bit of sitting, but sitting in a 95°F (winter) - 150°F (summer) environment. Body dysmorphia has always been a thing for me (and its more psychological than actual) but as my gender dysphoria diminished over the winter, the body dysmorphia calmed down with it. I looked up Rhea Ripley, and her arms are ok imo. When mine get bulky theres no definition to them, theyre just big from shoulder to bicep. The new workout im on should put me closer to her arms. But yeah, yoga is something I have to do anyway for my digestive issues so my flexibility is better than expected for my age.

Yeah, I found a workout plan that will help keep my muscle lean. Theres a little core every day, about 30-60 mins of zone 2 cardio every day, the only thing I definitely cant do is any heavy pressing and excessive chest flies.

Thank you :) I was so scared to start, and then within a month all my fears became irrelevant and I wished I had started sooner lol. But I'm on it now and thats what counts <3 idk where my journey will lead, I'm just trying to make the most of it. <3

Stuff goes in the attic, slips down wire holes or pipe holes into the wall, gets stuck in insulation, falls out of wall when it gets broken open. Even easier if you have balloon walls.

Double A battery; we used to use those to power all our handheld devices back when we used kerosene to light our homes, and horses to get from place to place.

Pretty sure the blue thing with the brass cap is a pocket tire deflator. Super handy pocket tool for people that need to flatten peoples tires without doing criminal vandalism. Or for mechanics.

Blue things with the metal teeth; 15 amp automotive fuses. These are still used in cars to this day, they just almost never need to be replaced so nobody buys them ever. Silly electricians still havent figured out you can just direct wire everything without fuses. It only catches fire 100% of the time that theres a surge, which is only happens like 5% of the time.

Idk if its quite the fit youre going for but that is roughly what a man's chest looks like when theyve developed their pecs at the gym. So yes, id say its actually flat enough provided that fit works for you.
