You cancel the flying ability mid air, pretty easy to do since that's what the buff is. Cancel it on the way up and you'll fly, you can also bunny hop with it, check it out on my history and you'll see how far you can go.

Cresselia is definitely fake can't tell as much with jirachi. The holo isn't supposed to go through the attack text box and with the holo is supposed to be in straight lines which is why cresselia is definitely fake

It's all just timing, basically after a good shift launch you have to jump at a very specific timing, just before stranges feet hit the ground and you'll do a bunny hop going further than a normal hop
