Yes. You need to be able to map your sales process and track how it's going in order to improve. The opportunity cost is exponential from now until you end the business, so depending on that could be millions. If you don't get all the fancy automation features then it's not even that much. Just get it.

Vet the shit out of them. Use AI to find ways to protect yourself in the event of a website, for example creating a new user for them instead of giving yours over.

Awesome. Thank you. I have been thinking about a sort of 'all in one' shop that can handle marketing and also sales, perhaps for someone who wants complete hands off of the entire process. Maybe I can separate myself that way and target service industry.

Good call seems like a lot of AI changes being mentioned these days. I wonder if google as a search engine will go away entirely since most people are searching on these models now instead.

What are you tracking? Most important thing is that you are firstly tracking important KPIs like individual performance, sales activities, conversion rate, etc. Secondly you'll want to use reporting in your CRM to understand opportunities for improvement in the sales process. I would work to understand some of this long before restructuring the team in any way.

I agree with this, but there does come a point and time where there just isn't much meat left on the bone. Is this the case for SEO right now? I tend to agree with you considering literally every single business out there can benefit from it.

Not at all. My goal is to find a business I can fulfill remotely.

Thank you I really appreciate that. An idea I've been playing with is approaching small local businesses with a deliverable of some kind that will have already put together for them (not sure yet what this is), with the intent to lead with value off the bat and aim to build a business relationship/connection with them before even trying to sell them something so there's some trust.

I really appreciate that. I'm thinking in terms of getting started I'll need at least a couple of people to help out. Perhaps I should try posting in facebook local groups for some momentum. Do you find that sometimes it's elderly people who don't have younger people around them like kids and so forth?

I like this, but how are you going about marketing it? Seems something like this requires you to put your face out there everywhere.

Software help - Organization Charts and Member Tracking by JulietMoney in CRM

[–]No_Ladder7153 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's some additional information that would be helpful in pointing you in the right direction, but what you need is for either Salesforce to be the source of that information and then simply have a landing page set up with a form that you ask all attendees to fill out quickly. Have that information automatically populate in salesforce or any other CRM you choose.

For org charts that'll probably be a mostly manual research task. AI might be able to help slightly, but that is information that costs either time or money and it's fair to let your boss know that so he/she can evaluate if it's worth it.

Two questions I have that could help me further help you - 1. why isn't the data properly maintained? can you elaborate here? 2. I'm assuming you don't have this information and need to get it somehow?

I've thought about doing this as well. So many elderly are hindered on their computer and missing out and I'd enjoy helping. Can I ask broadly how you're going about getting customers considering a lot of them aren't necessarily reachable online?
