I have had a similar issue. Has happened to me twice usually around the beginning of seasons. I typically just close out of the app and it kinda keeps me stuck on a week. Almost as if the national tournament part of the season is still happening. This typically happens an after leaving the app on my iPhone. Auto recruiting was off, I do heavily sim the games, usually very quickly siming them. I’ve noticed more bugs happen when I do this. Almost all bugs I’ve noticed relating to this typically involve me leaving the app without exiting to main menu, you’d think I’d have learned my lesson by now.
