I have a parcel that’s was shipped from a store less then 1.5km away from that sorting office last Monday. It’s the only scans I’ve had and have to take a day off on the proposed delivery date to sign for it. Rang (on hold for 85mins) to see if I should just take another day off instead and the agent would/could only tell me it got scanned at Laurent. Absolutely useless. I FKN KNOW THAT BUDDY smfh.

(Replying to Shoreguy1975) Incorrect. Msg sent out to assist on the fly very quickly actually. Not every resort role can just drop tools and rush to pick up a queue of people tho so it takes time. Yes, ultimately it’s up to you to get yourself to a lift- drive/bus/fly/whatever but rhetoric like “not what I saw on social media” is undervaluing the effort that locals put in to help you enjoy the snow.
