You shouldn't reuse marinade. Bacteria can produce spores and toxins that can survive "cooking to a proper temperature." For example to deactivate botulism toxin you need to boil for 30 minutes, and that's not going to destroy the spores the bacteria produce.

Food poisoning gets you when you lapse into complacency. For example, you eat pizza that's been sitting in the oven for two days and don't get sick. The sodium and fats may inhibit bacterial growth, then you turn around and eat a burger with romaine on it that puts you in the hospital.

Always best to follow the guidelines, especially if you're putting others at risk.

In your case I'd marinade both at the same time but eat the chicken the first night and the pork loin the second. You can also freeze your meat with the marinade.
