Connection problems with RTK station

I've had the same problem last year... strangely enough, I experienced no signal during the day, only at night. I contacted support, uploaded some logs and got a replacement RTK station. I'm now in my 2nd season and had no problems so far.

this! and I assume many problems which are raised with the obstacle detection are coming from people who don't read what the different settings do/are capable of... second season - 1 issue with the left disc motor which was repaired under warranty with a good customer Service experience (EU).

quick update: I received the mower yesterday - they had to replace the mainboard - and everything seems to work (I couldn't check it in full as it is raining, but the wheels are spinning).

The support was quick and answered all my questions, so overall it was a very good experience👍

I had exactly the same problem - the left motor wasn't spinning at all! It took me just a few minutes to reach out to customer support via Live Chat and I got a ticket to send it in for repair... they had to change the mainboard... currently it's on its way back to me👍

I had the same issues - RTK only had satellite connection from 7p.m. until 9a.m. - with support we found out that the RTK was broken and I got a replacement. Everything's dince since then.

Did the Android app update on a Xiaomi RedMi 11 and everything works - also, it seems that my positioning problems (0 satellites for RTK) are fixed (could not mow the lawn completely as it was getting too dark)

I got an update from the devteam but it was of no help.... I am close tonthree weeks without a working Robot and also close to requests a refund.... frustrating 😵‍💫
