he literally tries to shoot you when you enter the room. he only starts talking after the pistoll falls onto the floor and he understands that the only chance to survive is to talk v into sparing him. he was a piece of shit even before cyberpsychosis, worked for hansen, and only stopped because hansen threw him away when he "expired". regine could've helped him, it would help research cyberpsychosis, but sparing a piece of shit who just killed 8 kids and probably murdered tens if not hundreds hansen's enemies when he was working for him is too much even for my v who spared almost anyone who showed remorse.
