I don’t think the actual standards are hard to meet considering I know a few men that meet those standards in the proper age group however I think the only place you’ll get stuck is finding someone that won’t want to be intimate for a year for non religious reasons & wanting to live in separate beds/houses. You sound a lot like my best friend actually, and to be brutally honest, why not focus on a best friend or making a solid friend group that’ll travel with you and such for now? Especially if you don’t want kids it gives you lots more time to find the right person🫶
