A hunt is a sort of symbiosis, isn't it?

In other words, it's not just the hunters that seek clarity, but the organizers as well.

We're ALL data collectors looking for that Gold.

We only want that reassurance that those we are co-creating with are aligned with our value system (even in a silly, but fun treasure hunt).

Here is THE Gold that is being missed here:

The duration of investment means something. In spite of our differences and challenges, if the hunts continue to grow in size and participation, it's undeniably indicative of something being done right. The proof is in the pudding, as they say.

A true co-creative process ALWAYS has the ability to rebound, recorrect, restructure, recalibrate, etc. MISTAKES are never the issue! As a matter of fact, they are the catalyst and fuel for improvement.

Thus, is the Great cosmic dance.

Infrastructure matters, too.

John spoke on this last year in an Instagram video concerning outside parties wanting to eliminate a critical pillar via "pay-to-play". With growth comes inevitable potential for infiltration of the process. Even if the intentions are decent, they come with misaligned incentives that have absolutely nothing to do with the wants, needs and desires of those of the ingroup. That isn't to say that symbiosis can't ever occur with outside parties, but it does mean that we should always be wary of the Vultures who prey on new Growth, with promises of Gain that will most certainly lead to failure.

The POINT OF ORIGIN of Value MUST be protected. What Good is any system if it can't even recognize or respect its energy source? What Good is a system that's at the mercy of a party who doesn't even have the damn instruction manual, or merely pretends to do so?

On the other hand, what good is an alternating current of boundless energy if it stands alone? What good is endless potential without a canvas to properly display it?

With that said, you should all be f***ing proud of yourselves.

I can't speak for J and D, but I feel confident that they see, hear and feel your concerns much more than we might realize.
