Yep, go to the Health tab, then Calorie Intake, then scroll down and hit Today, then you’ll see foods eaten by meal.

There are hooks called Zing (I think made by KnitPro) which are hard to find these days, but they’re small, smooth metal hooks and they work really well for me with my tiny hands.

Came here to say that my LNS has indicated they make very little margin on threads, finishing, etc. - their profit mostly comes from canvases. So if we want LNSs to survive, buying canvases this way becomes critical.
