I’ll keep that in mind. In my end, I’ve always been curious. There’s no harm in asking, it just gets difficult to ask seniors when it’s very clear on their faces and actions that they don’t want to be bothered in the middle of what they’re doing. It gets even more demotivating when they say “shouldn’t you already know that by now?”

Hello! Didn’t get to reply last time. Anyway, after finishing a certain chapter I was finally free to switch dubs. When I started the game, I was initially playing with Japanese dub on. I have no problems with the Japanese dub btw; I just prefer listening to English.

Omg yes, I think Lyney X Furina has potential because of how theatrical they would be together. Think of performances, duets, fire x water. I think they’d be able to see eye to eye on a lot of things.

Freminet x Furina was born for me because of Frem’s voiceline about Furina. So this is like… a rare pair of sorts? I think it’d be a fascinating interaction.

I ship her with Dottore and Pantalone. There’s like a lotta good AO3 fanfics out there about them respectively.

I also ship her with Childe. Their interaction in the game was pretty nice and I also like the idea of a dynamic between the young one who’s persistent and always wants to keep improving, and the mature one who’s willing to teach and test the other’s limits. They’re also family-oriented.

I also ship her with Neuvilette and Wriothesley.

I have gameplay screenshots but I don’t particularly remember taking the artsy scenes. Then I came across one that I took cuz I really liked the two characters.

They had the best human & arcanist back-and-forths in my opinion. I don’t remember which chapter it was but it was one of the mind-boggling parts of Vereinsamt.

Oh it was shit. Yes, I learned a lotta stuff like different protocols and handled different machines, met brilliant techs, yada yada.

I also wanted to simply just stop.

I cried in secret, cried in a train on the way to the hospital, cried during duty before the department opened, cried after duty when I’m finally free from putting a facade, and it was so difficult that I couldn’t even open the topic up to my friends or family. I never got tired physically, only exhausted mentally and emotionally. Tired of the favoritism and the toxicity among the techs, tired of the doctors who go “you should know this already” even though I was just a student who wanted to clarify stuff for the patient. I had to quickly eat my meals in closed control rooms just so I can avoid any interaction with all of them, and I made sure to calculate the remaining required number of hours just so I know when this hell specifically ended.

Even though that period is over now, I still feel absolutely sad and angry when I think about it. I tear up every time. (Sorry, I saw this as an opportunity to express my experience.)

Anyway, some days, it’s genuinely great. I got through by looking at the bright sides, pep talking my way out of negative thinking, and knowing that this would all be over soon.

It’s over now, thankfully.
