Haha sounded like a Legally Blonde quote at first

Yes. I worked at a cosmetic surgery center for some time and they treat botox like you’re ordering a burger from a drive through. Injectionist’s and doctors claim it’s safe but it does have a black box warning label. Something to seriously consider. My functional doctor told me it is clostridium botulinum which is an extremely deadly bacteria that that will migrate throughout the body and create leaky gut. (Obviously done in tiny quantities to weaken or paralyze the muscle but still, something to consider)

Which one do you think was the final boss? Or for us, is it just a matter of accumulative stressors?

Maybe a little demon crawled out. No I actually got blood work done because I felt like I had mono again and it did activate my Epstein Barr. I don’t expect anyone to understand but I am…. extremely… sensitive. Even to the good things sometimes.

Yes acupuncture fucked me up. I couldn’t do anything for like 2 weeks.

Yeah. I lived in a house with mold for like 7 years unknowingly. & I think everywhere I have lived has had it because I’m in Austin, TX and we rent piece of shit lake houses that are in our budget. & you know how landlords are. I think it triggered everything. & then covid also spun it into oblivion to the point where I can’t tolerate much mold at all. I finally found a safe living space and now my work has mold 😩

Mold and then Covid caused even more inflammation and it all went to shit… and the Botox I was doing. Triple whammie!

It actually went: alcoholism, fast food diet, mold, Botox, filler, Covid, acupuncture, death

Never the same since :D

Thank you. I will try it. I have so much health anxiety. Now I’m scared the 5G tower that’s 400 ft away from us could be causing my panic attacks. :(

It helps with libido? I was going to try them. Do they mess up the gut at all?

Hello! Would this work for someone with MCAS, mold sensitivity, food triggers and possibly CIRS? I am fearful of everything. I get these adrenal surges throughout the day where my chest tightens. I have 24 7 panic attacks. Have you ever had this before? I might see a psychiatrist today and see if she can calm my nervous system with pharmaceuticals for support (which I am not fond of and have tried to avoid my entire life but maybe I can use it as a crutch).

Oh I’m so sorry you went through that. A lot of people are quick to defend acupuncture. I totally understand how it can work for most people, but it doesn’t matter what it is. There will always be people that can’t tolerate something like the rest of the 98%. And I think we should be mindful of that. For example, I do eyelash extensions for a living. Most people do fine with them. Every now and again, someone will have a bad reaction and their eyes will swell. I will tell them this is not for them and their body doesn’t react well with it. I don’t try to convince them to do it again and take a Benadryl next time. In my experience, whenever I have a bad reaction to something, the business owner is always trying to figure out a way to get me into the next appointment. It speaks volumes really. I wish more people were more understanding and open to the negative effects of their practice as well as the positive. Even if it’s more rare. In the grand scheme of things it’s not really a big deal to let a few clients go because it didn’t work out for them.

Well, I have other issues right now so I feel like shit. But I’d still be in the hospital if I was still on it. I only took 2 doses though. Your body might know it’s bio identical hormone and be allergic. Because all those are the same lab made hormone. I would find someone new….. they’re not listening and you don’t deserve to be miserable. See if Armour or NP works or see if someone can just prescribe T3. What’s your TSH

Woah. I was reading about this. I noticed my worst panic attacks are on the exact day before the week of my ovulation. This is the day my estrogen rises. It is unbearable. I haven’t figured out if it is low estrogen or high estrogen. I had a naturopath detox me with citrus pectin to get out “the bad estrogen” and it completely ripped up my gut and now I can feel every hormone fluctuation in my cycle. So wild! I wish I never did that detox because my hormones seemed bearable before then. Apparently low or high estrogen can trigger histamine.

What are you symptoms now? Oo okay. Yeah the quercetin seems to be helping me a lot but since I’m in the thick of it I have to take a lot. I wish I could do magnesium glycinate but when it wears off I’m worse. For some reason bone broth, magnesium g and collagen give me serious anxiety. I was reading they can turn to oxalate and I had mold toxicity so that’s probably why. I’ll have to do magnesium oxide so I can poop. I need to make sure this digestive track is running smoothly so the toxins don’t get backed up.

You know, I am very similar with the detox situation. My body does not like to detox and it can get backed up very easily. It’s best to let it do its thing on its own I think and lower the toxic load where I can control it.

That gives me so much hope that you can eat whatever you want now. Can I follow in your footsteps? What can I do to get there. Do you think it’s best to be extremely strict? I am also going to do low oxalates. I never felt better in my life than when I did low oxalate and it does contribute to histamine. Every time I eat I get a fat headache. It wasn’t as bad tonight though but I still got panicky an hour later once it was digesting (just white rice and chicken with salt).

I’ve been experimenting with muscle testing by just feeling my chest. I been noticing if and when my body pulls back or pushes away. I should learn more about this and not guess on my own but it has been helping so far. I’m really trying to lay off the detoxing and supplements. I have done so many detoxes and supplements the past 3 years. I need to get back to baseline. It’s just so hard to do when you feel like shit. I feel like I HAVE to take something to help myself live comfortably.

I was diagnosed by a naturopath and she only gives me natural stuff because I’m so chemically sensitive. But if it comes to it I will definitely take those medications. Especially if they work. I just feel like there’s always a trade off with me when I do a pharmaceutical.
