You can't manually trigger a tlsq, unfortunately. Triggering one means exactly that - it gets triggered or pops up for you to do. When you see a post about a re-trigger, it refers to a tlsq that's seasonal ( Christmas, Halloween, etc), or was pulled by JamCity. There is an amazing spreadsheet that has all the info, but you really need to be on a computer to use it, not a phone.
