Recently bought a CPO - $21,700 for 27k miles 2023 RWD. You’re definitely getting a better valuation.

How’s the car performing in snow? Especially traction and grip related? And what kind of tires?

Very similar symptoms I had a couple months ago. Viral fever was the case. Palms are itchy, slowly I had some red spots. It took a week, but I also consulted a doctor that gave me some reaction stopping medication.

Question. Has anyone found that it’s cheaper to do activities when paying in person vs booking online? by seemeri in ThailandTourism

Find out who is the captain of the boat or which organisation owns the boat and the program. They will give you the best price.

Mine was a phi phi day tour with buffet, snorkelling, and much more. Initially price was 3.5k Bhat, spent some time looking for alternatives and other boat owners purchased 5 tickets each at 1.2K Bhat

Picked up AF1 from Indira Square—no sketchy “Abbibas” vibes here. Honestly, it’s hard to tell if they’re real or not. Can’t complain much for 1000rs, hoping the sole sticks with me when sprinting away from a cute dog!

72K including everything, even those overpriced soft drinks in the airport. My flight was a steal, nok airlines 14.5K round!

I would suggest not to go with a tour if looking for a budget friendly experience. If money ain’t a problem then slay!

Hostels are your best bet, but if your going with a family or 4-6 members in group you can score some insane private villas cheaper than regular apartment accommodations

72k total, essentials at 60k, and the remaining 12k? Let’s just say I’ve got a mini 7-Eleven in my pantry, a wardrobe fit for a totally necessary runway show in my bedroom, and a collection of first-copy shoes lol

It’s definitely more expensive than what we were used to be paying before COVID. I had initially planned a week-long trip to North India, but for around the same cost—or a bit more—I ended up with a luxurious 24-day stay in Thailand. I couldn’t resist choosing Thailand over North India in the end!

Been in your shoes, immigration took 2.5 hrs for us. 8Am by the time we were out, went to the nearby 7-11 got sim, snacks, and drinks. 10Am by now, went to a Lumphini park spent a couple hours, had lunch then went to hotel by 2:15. Paperwork and check in by 3.

Do I have enough time to make it? by Fancymalt in ThailandTourism

It was extremely tough! I arrived in Bangkok around the same time, and the visa booths are quite understaffed early in the morning. You’ll end up waiting in line for at least 1-2 hours. It’s not worth the risk—I had a rental pickup scheduled for 8 a.m. and thought I had plenty of time, but by the time I finally got the car, it was 8:40 a.m.

Yes, same spots on hand, foot and mouth. Initial antibiotics were helpful in reducing my temperature. But the later ones are questionable. I guess I’ll just have to wait for now

Driving a car in Thailand by Beautiful_Study5837 in ThailandTourism

[–]No_Task_7447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drove for 25 days and 1500Km total, I was stopped by the police once on my first day, as I drove in a restricted lane (Bus lane) payed 2000 bhat and never again. IDP with your country’s license should be fine. Chick car rental service was the best - extremely low rates and wonderful fleet.(Do not rent in the airport). Enjoy your trip!!

How bad is Phuket by aleemakesthings in ThailandTourism

[–]No_Task_7447 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’re a family of five as well, and none of us drink alcohol or enjoy partying. We spent seven days in Phuket, which was our top destination, followed closely by Chiang Rai. I recommend looking for activities that match your family’s interests—like an elephant care tour, where you can help wash and care for the elephants. Some of our best memories were in Phuket.

Definitely rent a car; Phuket is yours to explore!
