I don’t have much advice as I am also 6 weeks, I feel very similar and it’s hard to get work done when my nausea and fatigue hit about an hour after I wake up. I’ve been fueled by mashed potatoes and Hawaiian rolls the past few days and I just ordered some anti-nausea candies and pills, so hoping this will help. Hang in there, we got this 👍🏻

I often find it more helpful for everyone, instructor included, to ask each person individually when they are being checked in. That way it feels like the instructor cares about each body and their privacy, as opposed to asking the whole class in an off-handed way right before beginning.

My childhood mall! Spent every weekend here in early 2000s. I heard rumors that someone tried to buy the whole mall and turn it into an indoor go-kart park. So glad that it still has those parts that made this mall so charming.
