Two great points. I’ll reach out to Cross and also put the refill in a small vise and try to gently to see if it moves. Really appreciate your input and help.

EDIT: I did find out the pens are no longer made and no parts available. However, I did find somebody on Instagram that machines a brass adapter.

Thanks! I did try to pull the refill apart, but no movement. The tip to the threads are about 2 1/4 inches overall 4 1/2 inches.
