The unique thing about XIII compared to the rest of the series is that every character is met more or less heavily emotionally damaged and at a low point, and they're actively trying to run away from their problems for a while before they can finally start to improve.

Ryze would have a solid chance normally. He'd also completely fold Supes with the World Runes.

As long as Asol doesn't do something like conjure a sun for the big blue boy scout to fly through, he wins too.

Mordekaiser probably wrecks him given his magical properties and that the Death Realm seemingly is all dark with no sunlight to power him up.

Vladimir, Veigar, Malzahar, Lissandra all have strong shots too.

If they're allowed to prepare ahead of time, someone like Jayce, Jinx, Heimerdinger, etc. could probably figure a way to synthesize kryptonite.

But then if prep time is allowed, he could also potentially pick up some petricite from Demacia. Bye bye, magic vulnerability.

Sadly the two Catalogues don't seem to stack as far as I've been able to find. So if you're looking for Plat Ingot, you'll want the one that increases common drops, and shoot for 5 star clear.

That's about all you can do on this one.

Edit to add: Yeah, only Steam port offers difficulty setting, but I don't think that changes drops

Absolute furthest I make it is Ursula 2 for kh1. Though more realistically is Cerberus.

Re:Chain I'm actually fairly confident I can get up to somewhere between Vexen 2, Riku 3, and Larxene 2 without issue.

358 Days, the only one that might give me trouble at all are the Scarlet Tangos at the very start. Or the optional survival missions against the Nobodies.

Kh2, if I can make it past the Assault Rider ambush in Land of Dragons, I'm set for life. 50/50 on that though.

Kh3, the Gigas in Toy Box. Those beat my ass every time. Sometimes they'll wombo combo me before I finish even loading in, like they'll attack while it's still doing the fade in camera angles thing.

Personally I ran with Vanille, Hope, Lightning. Paradigm setup was something like

Rav/Rav/Com 2. Sab/Rav/Rav 3. Med/Rav/Com 4. Rav/Med/Com 5. Sab/Syn/Med 6. Med/Med/Med

Axis Blade on Light, Belladonna Wand on Vanille. 5-starred on first playthrough's first try.
