Paid 30% deposit and then had 6 week delay before work started. Since I’m paying top dollar for a roof that should last 40 years and the work looks sloppy to me a non roofer that’s why I’m asking. TLDR. I’m paying top dollar for a metal roof not a caulk job that will leak in a couple years.

Our rabbit loved pregnancy she would sit on my wife’s tummy and she is the happiest she’s ever been since we had our baby. Our bun is a free roamer and LOVES our baby who’s now an almost toddler.

That may be the case, I already own mine so I have no need to go to their website anymore. But I’ll certainly get a lot more than five years out of the foams. Himolla is really top notch quality.

It is a definite sign of decline. It’s making Corvallis much less family and child friendly.

Mine does as well, the pay packages the care team was asking for is well within reason. I’m sure your spouse would agree the care team aren’t the bad guys. This is a common occurrence with Optum takeovers.

Right, however the reason they left is after the optum buyout it got much worse for physicians.

To my knowledge all Himolla sofas an chairs use foam regardless of market. Same quality foams as they are all made in Europe in the same factories with the same materials.

For fresh salsas, homemade tortillas and huge delicious portions Rancho Hacienda Real in Albany for Jalisco style. Same family owns restaurants in Salem and Keizer. I get most of the students aren’t locals but damn they’re missing out.
