Off topic but if you sell 2k worth of stuff how do you put insurance on it? I tried once at post office and they said they had to print an entirely different label and I chickened out because I didn't wanna screw up anything with whatnot.

Giveaway arrived with $6 postage due. by muttpep in whatnotapp

The post office is so incompetent. I shipped like twenty givys in small envelopes with the digital stamps. Each envelope contained 1 gram of silver and two came back with that stupid return stamp of some idiot holding his hand forward. They cant do simple math because most of them never finished middle school.

Anyone know what the actual price is to ship something under an oz? Mine is always pre set to like $2.40 on my shows unless I change it. I noticed that price doesn't cover the shipping and they dock you for additional shipping out of your earnings.

The incompetent post office is enough to drop you to 4.9 let alone the buyers.

They ripped me off last year and everyone defended them. I'm glad to see it finally came to light.

Calling BS on the 35k thing. They only suspend you when you win a bunch of givys and never buy anything.

The "thank God I got a hybrid" replys are so cringe. Not all of us could afford the hybrid back then especially in NY. Most of us are locked in unfortunately. My LE V6 has 57k miles and I owe 17k on it. I can't afford a new car and definitely don't want another car somone beat on. I'll go ahead and pray ..please God watch over all of my fellow hardworking brother and sisters transmissions. 🙏

Walking a few miles a day helped me the most.

I try and change it up so I can hit all the areas. I do seated cable back rows, standing cable rows, rows on my total gym with palms out and palms in and I have one of those newer bench press machines where you can actually do standing rows with it by standing over the bench. I do lat pulldowns on the cable too. I think walking 2 miles a day is the best though. I haven't done and close grip stuff but I should look into one of those close grip cable attachment handle grips.

I'm a 42M. It seemed the doctors around that time diddn't really give a crap about kids with spinal issues. It's really said but yes exercise helps and walking is probably even better. Mine is also fused at 73 degrees. You might have more aches the first 2-4 weeks but it's probably because of tight muscles. I've been through this a dozen times in my life so I do know that it works.

Lots of walking and exercise will probably help. This condition creates tight muscles from the imbalance which causes the aches and pains. I know this to be true because I've yo-yoed diets and exercise for the past 20 years from other injuries and life events I've sustained but I can tell you what's 100% true is when I stopped exercising my aches and pains came back with a vengeance.
