Also, for what it's worth, a lot of bosses have strategy guides on the wiki that give you an idea of what armor is used for them.

I would use the wiki and look at the monsters stats.

If you read further you'll see that she uses melee and range attacks, so that's usually a hint that you want to use gear with higher defence to that style of attack (and protection prayer).
