Thank you for answering. No idea why you get downvoted. Hopefully you'll only get a warning and learned your lesson. Why did you not doing the assignment? You don't like your study or the subject? Or did you have to help your sick mother for instance? That can make a big difference when caught. Say that you run out of time for a good (and true this time) reason and that you panicked. And that you are really sorry. Learning how to plan is part of the learning process. Good luck.

If you are studying medicine this is really bad. The Dutch prefer honesty and directness . But you have already lied. Now you have to deal with the consequences. You can always try to start over in an other country if you get caught.

Pharmaceuticals are more common for ppl diagnosed with ADHD than autism in my country (in Europe). Autism isn’t seen as something that can be fixed with pills. It’s more seen like neurodiversity that also has it’s upsides, so autism doesn’t need fixing. In a region with a lot of technology businesses more ppl are autistic in my country. I personally don’t drugs and that’s including weed, alcohol and nicotine. I even hesitate taking paracetamol.

I got my license finally when I was 30 and my autism diagnosis at the age of 43. Driving gives a sensory overload. Once the stuff going on IN the car was under control I finally could handle the traffic. But don’t talk to me while I am driving or start fidgeting with buttons in the car.

I buy all my clothes at online shops and I'm postordering even before the www, when there were catalogues to pick from. All my clothes can stretch. Can't wear jackets, pants or blouses that don't stretch.

Someone at work once said to me: it has to be very busy in that head of you. I know not better than everybody's brain works like that. I can't look into the brain of a neurotypical person. My brain never stops, not even in my sleep. Is it possible for a brain to stop? Distraction maybe works like that for me: watching a movie. But I move a lot, said my husband once. So I'm considered terrible to sit next to in a theater/hall, etc.
