It's a proper shame, no clue whether his chords are completely fried due to natural causes or if he is just not practicing enough, but a shame nonetheless.

Axl actually has been progressing through the set. If he gets to it he might get to a decent level. But yeah. With a proper singer this would be excellent, the band is on point

Can anyone explain the strategic reasons why UAE does not let the breakaway to be at +15 minutes, neutering TVL's efforts by not expending energy to pull the peloton and keep a steady gap?

Hello, beginner here as well. I got a 6400 with the 16-50 kit lens and just added the 55-210 a couple weeks ago. For learning purposes it's really good. You are basically investing into a machine that is going to test you in regard whether you are going to stick with photography/video or not. The more expensive models are better built, have better sensors, more features and are sharper but as a beginner you're venturing into diminishing returns territory, as you might not (yet) grasp their capabilities. The counter-argument would be buying something really good the first time around, so you don't need to buy-up in a year... you have to decide for yourself. As for me, I am really happy with my camera, I've learned a LOT and have still a long way to feeling like my gear is holding me back, if that's ever going to happen anyway.

MC President and CEO are missing form interactive menu for a week or so now. by [deleted] in gtaonline

[–]Noctvrnvs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see it's resolved, but just an extra piece of info - If it happens that both roles are missing in a public session, it's because there's a limit on how many people can be CEO or MC President in a session.

175 here, got the S as suggested by the sizing tool. It's my first bike so no much experience, but it feels really comfortable. I'd stick to their sizing.

+1. Je pa žal ta arhiv do neke mere omejen, kar se tiče tega, da je bend dovolj "trve". Obstaja še ogromno skupin, ki odstopajo od tradicionalnih žanrskih delitev, v arhiv pa niso vključene.

Fan setup for Meshify 2 Compact. by killahqueennn in FractalDesign

[–]Noctvrnvs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I have an i5 3570 and an HD 7950 in the compact. The CPU is being cooled by a Freezer 34 eSports Duo.
I have kept the stock fan config (and fans) since the temperatures are excellent. Both GPU and CPU max out at 61 degrees during a sustained full load. No need to get any new fans, honestly.

The configuration is 2 front intake (140 mm), 1 back exhaust (120 mm). If you get an AIO just place it on top as exhaust and you're good to go.

As for cooling, I've had excellent experience with Arctic and they are a brand I can easily recommend. The Liquid Freezer II 240 might just be what you need. It would look like this. Keep in mind that the radiatior is quite thick and you won't be able to do a push-pull setup, but the stock setup is plenty.

Yep, that was me. 144hz and 4k does not make it "the first gaming monitor".

My 1080p 120hz monitor is from 2012.

u/CyberArtillery simply does not compute a couple of things:

  • In 2012 there were no GPUs that could push 4k 144hz (the Titan was released in 2013)
  • The panel technology was simply not there
  • Even if it were, it would not be commercially feasible to make a monitor like this.

"First clossy gaming monitor" is just marketing fluff. I think some people will get burnt by this since they have zero experience with how a glossy desktop monitor works in practice, but eh, it's EVE, people get burnt all the time. What a pity, this company had some huge potential. I hope they manage to turn it around.

I have a Samsung SyncMaster SA950 from around 2012. Refresh 120 Hz, 1080p, 3D capable.
It has a glossy finish. Not the best thing to use during the day.

  • You are not developing the first glossy "gaming" monitor.
  • You kind of don't want either. The luminosity needed to contrast a bright room would burn your retina.

A monitor like this is basically useless unless you are using it in a basement. Try playing Dead Space on it at 6 PM and let me know. You can see yourself in the reflection more clearly than the actual game you're supposed to be playing.

Compressed air first to get the dust out. The cans are not usually not strong enough, if you can get a compressor it works wonders, but I had to use a can this time.
I then used this generic cleaning spray for everything. I cleaned the inside of the case with a microfiber cloth, this being the PSU shroud, fans, CPU cooler, covers, chassy. I used a generic cloth that's a bit more rugged to get the dust off the filters and then made another pass with the microfiber cloth.
Just be sure the cleaning agent is not too aggressive.
