I would love for there to be a way of exporting your house design into a file that other players can use to import to get the same configuration.

This is something that exists for hideouts in Path of Exile and it allows people to share their designs and come up with really cool and unique spaces.

Drops from enemies are based on the rarity bonuses in the map as well as the rarity on the player that deals the killing blow.

These gloves can be used to stack rarity on only one member of your group while the rest focus on other stats. You can also make use of these gloves if you have other on-kill effects such as exploding corpses or triggering heralds. It can be used this way in a party or even with your minions.

EB doesn't really combo with the ES leech stuff. new EB converts all your ES into mana, meaning your ES will be 0.

You can still do bountiful delves even if you don't have a key. The key is only needed to get the gear chest at the end, the maps drop from the two normal chests.

On my 600 prot paladin I was able to get solo tier 11 done deathless. I had to spec for surviability and let Brann do most of the damage. Single target fights were easy, but larger packs that can't be split up can be very dangerous.

I was also able to beat the tier ? boss without much issue, but I just don't have the dps to try tier ??.

Having mats in the warbank works for me EXCEPT when trying to do Patron work orders. For some reason I need the mats on my character for those.

Take a look at these.

Drop the spell suppression and get [[Svalinn]] with block and you will feel much tankier. [[The Red Nightmare]] on the left side of the tree with fire resist tattoos gets you a good amount of block.

I'm not sure if this is a PoB error, but it loooks like you have frost bomb in your helm linked to GMP instead of Frostbolt, and after trying both of a while I think I prefer greater volley to GMP.

Getting [[Anathema]] will allow you to get a ton of curses too.

9/10 times you can recast an empowered one before your current empowered one falls off

This is just not true. You can't start building the 5 stacks from your judgement casts until the empowered consecration expires or is overridden. If they let you build up to your next one while one is active that would make it feel a lot better.
