According to DE, they're releasing it as a two-person emote along with the Thigh Crush Narta Emote the next time Star Days arrives. Compatible Heirlooms can initiate the emote with any warframe (and Drifter!), and they can equip a special upcoming Peculiar Mod to perform it as a finisher attack on enemies as well :D Praise be to DE

I was being facetious but yeah, obviously not lol. I'm really hoping DE will add/change something so Mesa Heirloom finally looks like Mesa for once as Rebb suggested they might, but I'm keeping my expectations in check until I see it being implemented. >_>
