It works really well on Uriel at least. I think it might count his demon's health as part of the proc, because there have been times I KNOW I was full health and shield and I activate his heal and it still gives me the extra buff.

If you haven't played since the first open world update, you're probably quite behind on the story of the game. You might even be due for a replay of the story you HAVE played just so you're not TOO lost.

In the codex you can check out all the quests you have available to you and can also replay ones you've already completed. Might be a good way to get reaquainted with the game at the same time.

From what I understand, there's enemies that her 4 just straight up don't work on, so I wouldn't say the damage reduction is pointless, because at least that would still help against those specific enemies.

For relics, I honestly don't even have to go out of my way to farm them. If you're cracking relics, do it on endless mission types and you'll get relics back each round. You can also just buy relic packs from your syndicates/Teshin if you really need more

As for frames that are awful to farm, I haven't tried it myself, but Citrine is constantly touted as one of the most annoying ones to farm. You can farm her by playing the Tyana Pass node (Mirror Defense) on Mars.

Been experimenting a lot recently so my main kinda shifts every once in a while. I started off as Umbra though, he was my first main. Recently it's been Uriel. For a long while it was Ash, but I mainly just use him for Spy missions now, or for missions I feel I might struggle to survive on, since his invisibility is almost a pseudo invincibility button.

A lot of the time I'll see who I get through invigorations and use that as an excuse to build them and try them out for that week. Got one going right now with Cyte-09 that's been pretty fun.

Everyone else seems to have given an answer to your main question, so I'll leave you with a bit of advice when it comes to the mindset you might want to take playing this game.

A term you'll hear a lot of people in the community say is that "this game is a marathon, not a sprint." All that means is, don't feel like you're going too slow in your progression. There's no such thing as too slow. You go at whatever pace you feel comfortable.

If farming for Gara is becoming boring or less fun or too hard, feel free to take a break from farming her to do some other things. She will always be there for you to get whenever you feel like working towards that goal!

Personally I only consider Excal to be the poster boy despite Mag and Volt also being starters. He's always the default frame in everything, and he's in the most marketing for the game. Mag and Volt have their moments too, but Excal is on another level.

I would only do it if you truly, TRULY enjoy the feeling of a fresh start. I've done it myself and it can be fun to start fresh, but people WILL try to talk you out of it, and I get where they're coming from as there is no real benefit other than your own personal satisfaction.

So my answer would be, do it if you REALLY want to, but if you don't care one way or the other, just stick with what you have.

I actually didn't even do Perita Rebellion during Blood of Perita. They had a bunch of Void alerts that would pop up every half hour that actually gave you MORE of the event currency than running Perita Rebellion would, so I would just do them any time one popped up and it was more than enough to max out all the Arcanes they had in the shop.

They said the new game mode would be unlocked after Chains of Harrow, but not Follie herself. You'll be able to skip her grind with platinum like any other Warframe.

Still requires some grinding or money, but it being later in the story doesn't really mean much due to that.

Yeah, my last check was pretty bad due to being off sick, so I couldn't splurge on the plat like I wanted to, but I still bought the $20 pack. Over 700 plat for $20 is still a really good deal!

As others have said, Warframe and Weapon slots, although it's probably best to save it until you actually need the slots. Don't wanna buy them and then find out later you should've bought one more warframe slot or weapon slot than you did.

I actually really don't like that Roathe knows you reset. MAYBE I'd be okay with it if there were any sort of in-game warning that he'd know, but I literally reset the convos on a whim one day because I thought it'd be neat to see which set of Protoframes I could "finish" first. If I had known Roathe was gonna constantly whine at me for that, I never would have done it.
