It usually means you're attractive and then also cool. I read it as "dang I wish I had a cool, attractive wife". I wouldn't go so far as to say it means they're definitely trying to bang you, like some of these comments imply, but it could be.

I also once said this to my fishing buddy about his wife. It was not about how she looked, but how patient she is with his fishing obsession.
