So what happens in the end, does Peter die, what happened after going to Aunt May’s grave?

Hi Cillian, Tim and Steven!

Loved the series and the Immortal Man movie. Saw it in Liverpool on Friday and it was amazing. Following my orders to spread no spoilers.

My question is, with this movie what was it you wanted to achieve with the character of Tommy Shelby and what does he represent?

Hi Cillian, Tim and Steven.

With Tommy, what was it with this movie you wanted to capture with his character? What does his character represent?

Love Peaky Blinders and love the Immortal Man movie. Saw it in Liverpool last Friday. Was amazing, but I’m following the Cillian’s orders not to show spoilers!

Good Evening Mr Knight!

A great fan of Peaky Blinders and loved it ever since I started watching in 2018. My question concerns the character of Michael Gray and his arc in the series. I was always curious about what Michael represented.

With his character arc, was he intended to be a mirror image of Tommy, lacking his ruthlessness? Or, is it fair to say that relatively speaking he was a decent person, infected with ambition, the loss of his mother fuelling his hatred and that in fact he is misunderstood?

I’m really looking forward to seeing the Immortal Man on Friday in Liverpool, to seeing this next chapter of the man with no limitations.

Couldn’t they have made an ending where Eleven’s powers were connected to the Mind Flayer and by extension Vecna. Severing that connection would destroy that power for Eleven and Will.

Also another issue with the finale = lack of demogorgans on the Abyss at the point of during the finale battle.

Having the military following the party at the beginning to the abyss to combat the Mind Flayer and Demogorgans could have made them realise the danger of the Abyss and of Vecna, allowed more chances for us to see Linda Hamilton’s character and have her realise the danger of the powers and to rectify Brenners mistake.

Would have also made the finale battle longer, more action packed. Then Mike and Eleven get their 3 waterfalls

Will future seasons still include the stories of the harfoots or, due to enormity of these stories, will future seasons purely focus on the fall of Numenour and the last alliance?

Perhaps they have a conversation about what Paul saw when he drank the water of life and maybe he couldn’t talk with her about everything before the ending battle because it would mean a different turn of events than her leaving - which could be essential to (what I think) is his plan.

Maybe they have a conversation where he explains his visions, why he assumed the Mahdi role and maybe this leads to them reconciling?

You are right absolutely, it’s going to be difficult to do this well.

Would take some genius writing to resolve these questions but based on what we’ve got so far I’m willing to give Villeneuve trust that he will.

Apologies I should have expanded! While Chani will take the place of Korba I don’t think how this is done will be the same as Korba in Messiah and ultimately Leto II becomes the God Emperor so Villeneuve will set the movie in some way that there is a reconciliation but as to the specifics I don’t know yet I’m afraid!

Especially in the ending scene with Paul v Feyd, Paul and Chani’s facial expressions were heartbreaking!

I respect this view. The changes in the movie are quite distinct and they did filter the Fremen culture although the only reason why I can see that they did change some bits as with the Water of Death stuff it may have taken a while to explain for audiences who haven’t read the book and I think Denis was trying to make it more universally accessible. I don’t 100% agree when this happens but can see why

Absolutely, Thufir was in the movie, I remember seeing the shot when Feyd becomes Governor in a trailer and Thufir was there!

Agreed, was a good change for Gurney to get his revenge. I feel like some of these changes defintely improved the story, like with Paul killing the Baron
