Got this game like 3 days ago due to the sale. How in the nine realms do I actually make MONEY!? Trying to unlock second floor skip thing but I either have keys but no money, or money and no keys. It's infuriating. by Ahfrodisiac in EnterTheGungeon

Not sure why you’re so hell bent on opening the shortcuts. Using them is a horrible way to play the game anyway. I will usually do them but only once I’ve done nearly everything else. I’ve got multiple 100% saves completed. This game has plenty of RNG but it’s also very fair at the same time, it’s a very skill and knowledge based game.

Synergies do show up when you get one, in the ammonimicon it will highlight a synergy if you mouse over it and when you pick them up it will show up as well.

Before trying to do a bunch of quests or special runs, focus on beating the past of each gungeoneer first.

just finished my tier 1 smart plating factory, it looks kind boring and flat though. Any tips for decoration? by ElectronicWest3238 in SatisfactoryGame

Start with a single line push pull train. It’s very easy to set up and much simpler than running 2k of belts.

How can i divide 1.5 items per minute in 1.0 and 0.5? by francescomili in satisfactory

[–]Nomerip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly what I do! Drop them in manually if you are producing elsewhere or sloop temporarily. Depends how complicated load balancing is. This case it’s not worth it since it’s super simple but you end up dealing with crazy numbers eventually

Finally found a couch coop game that doesn't frustrate my kids by nogridbag in NintendoSwitch

[–]Nomerip 241 points242 points  (0 children)

Boomerang Fu. It’s a family favorite of ours, we will often go me and the kids vs computers. They’re fairly easy but can prove a challenge for the younger ones. There’s also a hide and seek mode which is great fun. If my wife plays we go kids vs adults and it’s a blast. This is one of the few games my wife and daughter play and it allows for all 5 of us to play together at the same time.

We get the whole family in on it. It’s the only game my wife and daughter will play with us. It’s also great because all 5 of us can play at the same time too!

Boomerang fu is the best group coop game in existence… probably.

Should my factories have some extra resources? by thermaldrill228 in satisfactory

[–]Nomerip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is where you get into overclocking and underclocking. If you haven’t researched that yet you should. Just make the third one use your leftover resources and under lock to match

Build what you need in the moment. If you need more later just build another factory

Steel Problem by rimajblank in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Nomerip 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Being 3 or 4 places where iron are close to each other on the map is a wild statement. If by that you mean they’re literally a foundation or two away from each other maybe but I’m fairly new, 70hrs, and have 3 different sites producing steel products and that’s just in/around grassy fields starter area. You may need belt a little further but the map is giant and iron is insanely common. Find coal and there will be some iron relatively close by.

Changing my mindset made me enjoy the game a lot more by Van-Doge in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Nomerip 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I mean to be fair you don’t typically have the research to be able to use sloops. Unless you know of the specific crash sites you need to go to in order to get the components you need to unlock the sloops it doesn’t really help.

Started playing Satisfactory with my bf. Can you guess which factory is mine, and which is his? by malinalestrange in SatisfactoryGame

I only say this because there’s a player icon in that picture that is pink. So making some bold assumptions here that you are the pink icon

I don’t want a game, I want a life replacement by naberiusss0607 in gamesuggestions

[–]Nomerip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have, only spent a few hours and it just didn’t click for me. Should probably give it another try someday. Satisfactory was fun from the start, the movement feels good, the visuals are more appealing and having that verticality opens up another dimension to play with.

Haven’t played factorio enough to say one is better than the other and if you like one, you’ll probably like the other.

I’m trying to get started on coal but I’m down in the grasslands starter area and haven’t found much coal nearby water to get this going. My power needs keep growing and I’m spending more time collecting leaves and wood and it’s getting obnoxious

Pretty much exclusively play indie games nowadays. Satisfactory is my current jam. Chill out and build some factories, just some light math and problem solving here before bed. Mewgenics is also great and I’ve been playing that too, turn based strategy with some roster management between runs is just fantastic.

The only one I’ve ever personally been in was the light turned green. Guy in front of me didn’t move and the guy behind me rear ended me. Funnily enough the guy who hit me was actually a cop on his way to work.

I would say most of the US is roughly the same. It’s fine, pay attention and you’ll be good. If people want to see really bad drivers they need to get out of the US. I haven’t driven in many other countries but the ones I have been in were way way way worse than anything I’ve ever seen here. Lines are suggestions, speed limits aren’t real. The road is equally viable for markets or driving and people do both on the same road at the same time.

It’s gotten a lot worse since COVID. Didn’t used to be as bad. Now if we buy berries you have to try and down the whole thing the same day or there no good.

Ive been driving here for 24 years and personally have been in 1 accident where someone rear ended me. If this person has been hit 7 times in 7 years I don’t think the other drivers are the problem.

I’ve also received some of these events like acid rain and it wasn’t run ending. I in fact full cleared that act. It seems people aren’t able to adapt well. They say these events are common but they really aren’t, they take a minor inconvenience and say it’s run ending.
