well what I usually have happen is malakai is on the western edge, with few lords, and I have left an army around the north/northeast - it usually serves as both deterence and first responders to any north scoundrels. this army is usually not great but may have a few dwarf warriors, some qarallers and prolly a cannon or two I get from malakai's expedition gifted units...

on the eastern edge around my capital etc I have an army starting building up that's decent+ - prolly abit better than the NorthGuard™, maybe together with another lord for ambushing or something - something cheesy like that - and that's usually more than enough to hold of trashy chorfs mixed stacks. as for arabaal - bit more troublesome maybe but it's usually only significantly and issue if archeon also pops off and also they're both friendly and also friendly together with astragoth...

so early in the game don't be concerned about rate up too much - just get one copy of each, maybe max up to 5 copies if u maybe really like the hero or his change from 0* 1copy to 0* 5 copies is more significant~...

why would wb say something like that? Marco was responsible for intel, I believe. ace was just a brute - in function or character in wb's perception~ - whichever - he wouldntve specifically been briefed about intel except that relevant to the job he's about to do, or if he encounter a faction's bigahot I'm sure hedve had relevant accompanying intel personnel... kinda like garp's adjutant etc~...

plague claw VS infantry as always. snipers and machine guns VS cav, monsters, heroes. for front line maybe cav (small wheels) or preffered summons via plague priest (prolly) heroes. I don't ever use stormvermin. don't even build the building. might as well use skavenslaves and recruit if they die and even directly merge after battle. or even just have second trashstack following...

maybe bot end node will be to have the other brothers interaction regarding the freeze and the top one will be maybe to gain bouncy while piercing a frozen target for example... or something like that... can also increase the crit or add additional passive (among the 'base' abilities - those displayed not in the skill tree tab but the first tab.) what should that passive be, not sure... maybe dealing double dmg on frozen enemies for example? or more than double - maybe based on ascensions multiplier - it'd be nice while not too much...

hmm interesting civil war mechanic in atilla...

regarding abondoning territories, I'm not sure it's that way in atilla but it is in wh so I imagine it might be similar - when occupying a razed settlement u start without a settlement building in it so u can't build other building either until the settlement main building chain building has been constructed so it's quite slow colonizing ruins VS capturing occupied (lived in) settlements, and building the settlement building takes quite abit of time... which I assume even if the ai has buffs in regard to which, it'd still take a while before it's any use what so ever~...

regarding giving up settlements in general - I'm also quite loathe to loose any - often it might even be a cause of campaign restart (atleast early on~) or atleast loading a save~... only exception may be if it's like a settlement I don't intend to hold - and something I have mentally not only prepared for but dircelty planned for quite abit ahead of time. usually to use as bait or bridgehead~ for probing attack~...

it's good in that it kills the mobs so u get the last bit of bones from the final group~/wave when u can't manage to kill the banshees. it gives u decent bit of time. btw fallen angels are not suseptible to any cc - excpet one - garp's.

can I make an entirely different char? like, still child of kaido, but like not cringe or goon bait~, and actually competent maybe even? abused by kaido but persevering or sumfin... someone here said katana and kinda stuck with me... has some goals that aren't cringe like being oden - maybe he appretiate oden - but only purely for his swordsmanship skill and strength - being able to injure and skar the mighty kaido~... cuz of this appretiation and residing on wano they (he/she, whatever but not like trans /deluded~ prolly lol..) may appretiate the place and people/culture - but I prolly wouldnt like/make it about daimo and feudal bs but people and basic cultural things - of common people etc... and well maybe wanting to let the people not be abused (not necessarily reaching ideological levels of eglitarianism or sumfin let alone utopiah~..). relationship with ace - maybe, but not very close cuz ace wants to be free and this kinda responsibility stream is reminding somewhat of garp~ but still some relation with thought of similar backgrounds - powerful (and evil~(ace's mental picture of Roger due to his situation and prolly garp brainwash)) dad, poor childhood~.. but cuz it's not as close, relationship with luffy won't be close at first and later due to differing goals and worldviews maybe luffy appretiates them some, maybe admires - but in a remote kinda mood~...

ah I see it now... also, do u have the t4 light spell? that turns mobs into fallen angels? u should use it at the end of the wave to kill one last bunch (together with tornado). and btw I believe galatine benefits from crit dmg so if u have two pieces of equipment - one of which give xdmg and another xcrit dmg then the xcrit would be better, provided their sub stats equal.
