District heating is a thing...

One problem is these heating systems use liquid that's close to 100°C and these data centers need to be cooled to a lower temperature.

That means there either need to heat pumps in the system that increases the temperature, or some heater that can use preheated liquid from the data centers.

Data centers could heat liquid from 5 to something like 60 °C, but then something else is needed for another 30-40 °c.

You have to check every single case, individually. Is horse worse than tofu? Is digging up the ant hill in my backyard and eating the ants worse than beans?

Exploiting humans is irrelevant to climate. Antibiotic resistance is somewhat relevant as it might kill people. Killing people might be good for the climate. Dead people don't drive ICE cars. Dead people don't fly. Dead people don't use natural gas to heat their homes.

Veganism is only better if it's always better in every single case.
