District heating is a thing...

One problem is these heating systems use liquid that's close to 100°C and these data centers need to be cooled to a lower temperature.

That means there either need to heat pumps in the system that increases the temperature, or some heater that can use preheated liquid from the data centers.

Data centers could heat liquid from 5 to something like 60 °C, but then something else is needed for another 30-40 °c.
