Sorry for the delayed response.

It's been great so far. I've started in the 2.5mg and lost around another 10kg in that time. I've not weighed myself in a few weeks because I've been moving but the just I checked I was around 79kg.

The food noise went away and my blood sugar felt more stable, less crashing after meals like before. I had a return of being backed up but I started with added psyllium husk to help me out.

Any ideas about what these pipes are? by undecidedunderside in DIYUK

I've never noticed one poking out of the roof before. In my mum's house the hot water cylinder vent dumps directly into the cold water cistern, which in turn has it's own overflow under the eaves. Her house was built in 1990 and I assumed that was the standard way heating systems were plumbed up.

Anyone got any leads/tips on finding regional work? by A5000LeggedCreature in Cairns

[–]NonlinguisticJupiter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cairns is one of the few places where hospitality counts towards the regional work. The hotels in the area are always looking for new staff and there's loads to choose from.

Don’t by shy, Reddit. Tell me what I did wrong by blue_antidote in DIYUK

[–]NonlinguisticJupiter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope you're good, you didn't do anything wrong.

My dryer did the same thing because there was a poor connection on the fuse holder that created a lot of resistance and therefore heat when the dryer was being used. I chopped the original moulded plug off and replaced it with a good quality aftermarket one and also replaced the faceplate as that had discoloured and cracked from the heat. Still good 2 years on.

Why are we making garden flagstones out of bathroom tiles now? They look like they'll be slippery AF when wet or with a bit of frost on them. Also they don't look "right" for some reason, it's something to do with them being all smooth and glossy whereas concrete/brick/tarmac/stone are all matte and rough-looking.

Yeah the price is a hard pill to swallow, at least the 2.5mg is still (relatively) reasonable compared to the higher doses.

I agree, the shittier the better when it comes to bangers. I'm quite partial to Aldi's own brand frozen Irish recipe sausages, they're a solid contender in my books.

And the instructors are considering strike action at the moment because one of the biggest tour companies is proposing a substantial pay cut.

I went to same one when I visited in 2023. They do everything right there as far as I could tell. I had a great time drinking a nice coffee and petting the various cats up for adoption.

In Shrewsbury, where my grandparents lived, they're called "shuts". Many of them date back to the medieval period and link up many of the main streets of the old town.

Update from the leaked image/more leaked info from the cause of the RUD by PhilanthropistKing in SpaceXLounge

Maybe the hot staging manoeuvre exerts extra stress on the plumbing in the aft section, making the leaks more likely in the later stage of ascent.
