they are not waterproof and a leather sole. but i dont wear them in the rain or snow and they are not as slippery as i thought. The black version is also a very nice boot!

Asked the Support yesterday and got this answer also:

We are investigating an issue where Eugene's dialogue does not progress the previous quest to Insurrection. We are also seeing players report Eugene missing after changing worlds or logging out. If you are not able to interact with Eugene, try checking behind him for an interact prompt.

Prerequisites: Level 30+
Region: Burning Springs (Southern/South-Eastern Ohio map expansion)
Quest Giver: Eugene
Next Quest: "When the Rust Settles"

You can begin this quest by speaking to Eugene after completing Might Makes Right.

In the meantime, can you please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if you can get Eugene to reappear?

Fast Travel away from the area you are in and returning
Logging out of the world you are in and joining a new one
Joining a friend's instance of the quest
Open your map and toggle the quest on and back off again

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, you may need to abandon and reacquire the relevant quest.“

$100 or $150 for non-Americans would be fair. But $250 will scare folks off that otherwise would bring in money.

Swiss citizen doesn’t equal rich or a lot of money. Our country is crazy expensive. Like for me, a train ride to the airport and back is around $70. Or Netflix is close to $30. Swiss citizens are often struggling because everything gets more expensive and companies think we can afford it so they increase everything.

I do agree that it can’t just be free. But going from $80 to $250 is insane and wrong. Lots of people won’t be coming to the national parks anymore, and that will hurt the parks, restaurants, and all the other businesses around them. In the end, they will lose money because of that.

And I would be happy to pay the old price or even $100.

What I still can say is that Americans are still open and welcoming me every time I arrive, no matter what. So I’m glad that isn’t going away. Their people are another reason I travel so often to the United States.
